Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At BigBrained, operated by Zalthar LLP, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for our subscription services.

2. Free Trial

All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. During this period:

  • You have full access to all features of the selected plan
  • No payment is charged during the trial period
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charges
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged

BigBrained is a digital service. Access is delivered electronically and no physical shipment is involved.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial months of service
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan after the billing period ends
  • All your data and flashcards will be preserved (subject to Free plan limits)
4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of a payment under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service and could not be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Service was significantly different from what was advertised
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day refund window
  • Failure to cancel before the trial period ended
  • Lack of use of the service
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Date of the transaction
  • Reason for the refund request

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
7. Team & Enterprise Plans

For Team and Enterprise plans, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our sales team at kapur@znskr.com to discuss your specific situation. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds under certain circumstances.

8. Changes to This Policy

Zalthar LLP reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
