BigBrained is operated by Zalthar LLP and provides digital learning tools, including flashcard creation, spaced repetition workflows, and related study features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate account details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or restrict accounts for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or legal compliance requirements.
Paid features are offered as subscription plans. Applicable pricing, taxes, renewal terms, and trial terms are shown at checkout.
Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing cycle. You can cancel future renewals from account settings.
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited actions include:
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Uploading malicious, illegal, or infringing content
- Interfering with service performance or security
- Automated scraping or abuse beyond documented limits
The platform, branding, code, and product content are owned by Zalthar LLP or its licensors. You retain rights to your own uploaded learning content, and grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide the service.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zalthar LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, non-payment, legal risk, or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
